Patience and kindness.

Everyone on the staff took the time to make sure that I had everything under control. We reviewed each step over and over and there was plenty of individual help. There is a lot of material and it can be overwhelming but the instructors showed patience and kindness and made us all feel like we were succeeding. By the end of class, it’s very satisfying to know this whole new language and have all of these skills that nobody can take away.
